By accessing or using ForjeGames, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use ForjeGames.
3. Subscription and Credits
ForjeGames offers subscription plans and credit packs. Credits are consumed per AI prompt. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Credits do not carry over between billing periods unless stated in your plan.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ForjeGames for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
5. Intellectual Property
Content you create using ForjeGames belongs to you. ForjeGames retains ownership of the platform, its AI models, and underlying technology. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs to provide the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
ForjeGames is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 3 months.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ForjeGames after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
